James focuses on customising and issuing Australian Notary Certificates depending on specific requirements and instructions from his client, including witnessing the execution of power of attorney and/or statutory declarations, notarisation of certificates, notarisation regarding good standing of a company and etc.

James had represented and assisted local and international property investors and developers and overseas government sectors in various large scale transactions. His areas of expertise include share acquisition, property development site acquisition, drafting and reviewing of facility agreements and complex FIRB submissions.
