Charlotte He

Charlotte was admitted into practice in 2023. Her principal areas of practice are conveyancing, wills and estate planning, estate administration. Charlotte’s conveyancing experience has included house, strata, and off-the-plan contracts. In estate planning, Charlotte has experience in preparing documents including wills with a testamentary trust, Enduring Power of Attorney, and Appointment of Enduring Guardianship.

Charlotte has extensive experience in complex estate administration matters, in which she successfully obtained a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration or the equivalent order from the Supreme Court of NSW, and liaised with different parties to assist executors or administrators in administering the estates efficiently. Charlotte’s experience also extends to wills and estate disputes and family provision claims, in which she assisted with drafting affidavits, liaising with barristers and the Courts and other parties to ensure disputes to be resolved promptly and efficiently.
