Paralegal
Lan Kong is a bilingual paralegal with legal training in both Australia and China, with a particular interest in criminal defence and litigation. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor of Law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in China.
Lan has experience supporting litigation and court proceedings in Australia, including District Court of NSW matters, and has developed practical skills in case preparation, evidence review, legal research and drafting. Her earlier experience with the Hefei People’s Procuratorate and Intermediate People’s Court provided exposure to criminal and court proceedings in China.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, Lan brings a cross-jurisdictional perspective to her work and is committed to providing thorough and effective support to lawyers and clients throughout the legal process.
