With over a decade of experience bridging lawyers and clients across multi-office legal practices, Kandy brings both strategic and hands-on operational expertise to Brightstone Legal. As General Office Manager, she oversees the firm’s daily operations, working closely with the legal team to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery across all areas of the business from client-facing processes to internal systems and the firm’s digital presence.
With over 10 years of experience in customer service, Kandy is dedicated to delivering professional, solution-focused support to clients. She excels in handling complex enquiries and resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency, always aiming to exceed client expectations.
Prior to joining Brightstone Legal, Kandy spent more than five years in client service roles across the legal industry, including at a firm operating across four office locations, where she worked as a key point of contact bridging lawyers and clients. Her in-depth understanding of legal processes, combined with her operational and client relations expertise, makes her an integral part of the firm’s continued success.
