With over 10 years of experience in customer service, Kandy is dedicated to delivering professional, solution-focused support to clients. She excels in handling complex enquiries and resolving complaints with empathy and efficiency, always aiming to exceed client expectations.
Prior to joining Brightstone Legal, Kandy spent more than 5 years in client service roles within the legal industry. Her in-depth understanding of legal processes and familiarity with various areas of law allow her to provide both strategic and operational support to the team. Kandy’s dual strengths in management and client relations make her an integral part of the firm’s continued success.
