子类485签证延长
对于以下人群，将提供替换签证，现有签证将延长至2022年9月30日，以便有时间申请替换签证:
- 他们在2020年2月1日至2021年12月14日期间的任何时间都在澳大利亚以外;
- 持有或持有过485签证，该签证在2022年10月1日前有效;
- 签证没有被取消;
- 自那以后，他们再也没有获得过其他实质性签证。
相关家庭成员的签证也将延长。
替换485类签证预计将于2022年年中开始实施。
子类489签证延长
对于以下人群，489类签证将由原来的终止日期起延长3年:
- 他们在2020年2月1日至2021年12月14日期间的任何时间都在澳大利亚以外;
- 2020年2月1日至2021年12月14日持有有效489签证;
- 签证没有被取消。
相关家庭成员的签证也将延期。
子类491和494延长
下列人士的签证将由原来的终止日期起延长3年:
- 他们在2020年2月1日至2021年12月14日期间的任何时间都在澳大利亚以外;
- 2020年2月1日至2021年12月14日持有有效491或494签证;
- 签证没有被取消;
- 该签证于2022年2月18日有效。
相关家庭成员的签证也将延期。
