Qiuyi is a Partner at Brightstone Legal with 10 years’ experience in employment and industrial relations, work health and safety, and general litigation for corporate and private clients. He acts for organisations across the retail, financial services, logistics, food manufacturing and disability services sectors, as well as individual clients in complex matters.

Qiuyi advises on all aspects of employment, industrial relations and work health and safety, including recruitment practices, terms and conditions of employment, organisational change, compliance issues, restraint of trade, FWO and WHS investigations and prosecutions.

His practice also includes general commercial litigation involving contractual disputes, misleading conduct, urgent injunctions and enforcement proceedings.
