Paralegal
Charles is a University of Sydney graduate holding a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (2025), and has completed Practical Legal Training at the College of Law (2026). He is currently working towards admission as a lawyer in New South Wales, anticipated in April 2026.
Charles has developed experience across law firms and legal environments in Hong Kong, the PRC, England and Australia. His work includes client engagement, legal research, drafting, and matter coordination across a range of practice areas. He has also gained exposure to government legal processes through his work with the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ), contributing to a practical understanding of administrative and court-related processes.
Charles provides end-to-end support across matters, from initial client intake through to document preparation and ongoing case management. He places a strong emphasis on client service and cultural competence, with demonstrated experience working with clients from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. He is committed to delivering clear, responsive and commercially aware support to assist clients in achieving their immigration outcomes.
