Yao serves as the first point of contact at our Canberra Office, offering a warm, courteous, and professional welcome to all clients, visitors, and callers. As the face of our front desk, she plays a key role in setting the tone for each client’s experience with the firm, ensuring that everyone is greeted with attentiveness and respect.

With a solid background in customer service, Yao brings several years of experience in client-facing roles across various industries. Throughout her career, she has developed strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a keen ability to multitask and manage time effectively in fast-paced environments. Her previous roles have also strengthened her problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail—qualities that are essential in a legal office setting.

In her current role, Yao oversees all aspects of front desk operations, including answering and directing inquiries, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, scheduling client appointments, and supporting the administrative functions of the legal team. She works closely with staff at all levels to ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
