Senior Associate
Struan is a senior tax lawyer with experience in some of the most complex and consequential tax matters in Australia. He advises property investors, developers, high net worth families and multinational corporations on the full spectrum of their tax affairs, from investment structuring and M&A transactions to disputes with revenue authorities.
Over the course of his career, Struan has developed expertise across income tax (including international tax and capital gains tax), stamp duty, GST and employment taxes. His experience spans the tax practices of leading international law firms and a Big Four accounting firm, giving him a broad perspective: one that combines rigorous legal analysis with a genuine understanding of the commercial and financial realities his clients face.
