Spencer began her legal career at Brightstone Legal’s Sydney office in 2021 and is currently practising in Canberra, ACT. With a strong foundation in civil litigation and family law, she plays a key role in supporting clients through challenging legal matters with diligence and care.

Her practice spans a broad range of civil and pre-litigation matters, including contractual disputes, small claims, debt recovery, and commercial conflicts. She regularly assists with the preparation of court documents, legal correspondence, and case strategy under the guidance of senior solicitors.
