Honestly, I truly believe Lydia and team at Brightstone is the best conveyancers i have ever worked with! Over much years with multiple properties settled Lydia has been super effective and always give most crucial advise for her client (me) and is personable and caring and thoughtful in all interactions. I have used Brightstone service to help me with my partner visa application and I have absolutely no regrets at all (application was successful btw). They are extremely professional and informative and helped me through the whole process so that I don't have to worry about a thing. They made sure I had no doubts about how the application works and gave me the confidence over it. Before going with Brightstone, I have considered other law firms who deals with immigration visas. Both were dismissive and didn't see any point in doing Partner visa saying its a waste of time and wouldn't be successful. Her assistance was much appreciated. ---------------- That being said, I do feel there are areas where the firm didn't do well. I was only informed that my lawyer would be changed two days before the final hearing, and my first meeting with my lawyer took place less than 24 hours before court. That was also the first time I was able to openly discuss my case in detail with my lawyer, which made the experience quite stressful.
