class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u6fb3\u6d32\u5211\u6cd5\uff08\u5bb6\u66b4\uff09\u7b2c13\u6761\u6307\u51fa\uff1a\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u8ddf\u8e2a\u6216\u6050\u5413\u4ed6\u4eba\uff0c\u610f\u56fe\u4f7f\u4ed6\u4eba\u5bb3\u6015\u8eab\u4f53\u6216\u7cbe\u795e\u53d7\u5230\u4f24\u5bb3\uff0c\u5373\u5c5e\u72af\u7f6a\u3002\u6700\u9ad8\u5211\u7f5a\u53ef\u8fbe\u76d1\u7981 5 \u5e74\u6216 50 \u4e2a\u5211\u7f5a\u5355\u4f4d\uff0c\u6216\u4e24\u8005\u517c\u65bd\u3002<\/p><p>\u56fd\u5bb6\u653f\u5e9c\u548c\u8206\u8bba\u5bf9\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u8fd1\u5e74\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u96f6\u5bb9\u5fcd\u7684\u6001\u5ea6\u548c\u8981\u6c42\uff0c \u4f7f\u5f97\u6cd5\u9662\u5728\u5904\u7406\u5bb6\u66b4\u7c7b\u578b\u6848\u4ef6\u4e0a\u4e25\u60e9\u4e0d\u6020\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4e13\u4e1a\u7684\u5bb6\u66b4\u8fa9\u62a4\u5f8b\u5e08\u5c06\u7ed9\u4f60\u6700\u597d\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5efa\u8bae\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div Intimidation with Intent to Cause Fear of Physical or Mental Harm)?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f7ba715 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f7ba715\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u6fb3\u6d32\u5211\u6cd5\uff08\u5bb6\u66b4\uff09\u7b2c13\u6761\u6307\u51fa\uff1a\u8ddf\u8e2a\u6216\u6050\u5413\u610f\u56fe\u5f15\u8d77\u5bf9\u8eab\u4f53\u4f24\u5bb3\u6216\u7cbe\u795e\u6050\u60e7\u3002<\/p><p>(1) \u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u8ddf\u8e2a\u6216\u6050\u5413\u4ed6\u4eba\uff0c\u610f\u56fe\u4f7f\u4ed6\u4eba\u5bb3\u6015\u8eab\u4f53\u6216\u7cbe\u795e\u53d7\u5230\u4f24\u5bb3\uff0c\u5373\u5c5e\u72af\u7f6a\u3002\u6700\u9ad8\u5211\u7f5a\u2014\u2014\u76d1\u7981 5 \u5e74\u6216 50 \u4e2a\u5211\u7f5a\u5355\u4f4d\uff0c\u6216\u4e24\u8005\u517c\u65bd\u3002<\/p><p>(2) \u5c31\u672c\u6761\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u4f7f\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u5bb3\u6015\u8eab\u4f53\u6216\u7cbe\u795e\u4e0a\u53d7\u5230\u4f24\u5bb3\u5305\u62ec\u4f7f\u8fd9\u4e2a\u4eba\u5bb3\u6015\u4e0e\u4ed6\u6216\u5979\u6709\u5bb6\u5ead\u5173\u7cfb\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u906d\u53d7\u8eab\u4f53\u6216\u7cbe\u795e\u4e0a\u7684\u4f24\u5bb3\u3002<\/p><p>(3) \u5c31\u672c\u6761\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u6b64\u4eba\u77e5\u9053\u8be5\u884c\u4e3a\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5f15\u8d77\u53e6\u4e00\u4eba\u7684\u6050\u60e7\u5c31\u6210\u7acb\u3002<\/p><p>(4) \u5c31\u672c\u6761\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u63a7\u65b9\u65e0\u9700\u8bc1\u660e\u88ab\u6307\u63a7\u88ab\u8ddf\u8e2a\u6216\u6050\u5413\u7684\u4eba\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u5bf9\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u9020\u6210\u8eab\u4f53\u6216\u7cbe\u795e\u4f24\u5bb3\u3002<\/p><p>(5) \u4f01\u56fe\u8fdd\u6cd5\u4f46\u672a\u9042\u548c\u4ee5\u4e0a\u5224\u7f5a\u4e00\u6837\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fef5616 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fef5616\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u68c0\u63a7\u8981\u8bc1\u660e\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9ba1532 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9ba1532\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u662f\u5426\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u6709\u201c\u6050\u5413\u201d \u884c\u4e3a\uff1a<\/p><p>(a) \u6784\u6210\u9a9a\u6270\u6216\u9a9a\u6270\u8be5\u4eba\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u6216<\/p><p>(b) \u901a\u8fc7\u4efb\u4f55\u65b9\u5f0f\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u901a\u8fc7\u7535\u8bdd\u3001\u7535\u8bdd\u77ed\u4fe1\u3001\u7535\u5b50\u90ae\u4ef6\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u6280\u672f\u8f85\u52a9\u65b9\u5f0f\uff09\u63a5\u8fd1\u8be5\u4eba\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u8be5\u4eba\u62c5\u5fc3\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u6216<\/p><p>(c) \u4efb\u4f55\u5bfc\u81f4\u5bf9\u67d0\u4eba\u6216\u4e0e\u5176\u6709\u5bb6\u5ead\u5173\u7cfb\u7684\u4eba\u9020\u6210\u4f24\u5bb3\uff0c\u6216\u5bf9\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u6216\u8d22\u4ea7\u9020\u6210\u66b4\u529b\u6216\u635f\u5bb3\u7684\u5408\u7406\u62c5\u5fe7\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u884c\u4e3a\u3002<\/p><p>\u4e3a\u4e86\u786e\u5b9a\u67d0\u4eba\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u662f\u5426\u6784\u6210\u6050\u5413\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u8003\u8651\u8be5\u4eba\u884c\u4e3a\u4e2d\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u66b4\u529b\u6a21\u5f0f\uff08\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u6784\u6210\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u7f6a\u884c\u7684\u66b4\u529b\uff09\u3002<\/p><p>\u662f\u5426\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u6709\u201c\u8ddf\u8e2a\u6216\u7f20\u7ed5\u201d \u884c\u4e3a\uff1a<\/p><p>(a)\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u84c4\u610f\u7ecf\u5e38\u5149\u987e\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u7684\u5c45\u4f4f\u5730\u3001\u6d3b\u52a8\u6216\u5de5\u4f5c\u5730\u6216\u5176\u7ecf\u5e38\u5149\u987e\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u5730\u65b9\u9644\u8fd1\uff0c\u6216\u5728\u5176\u9644\u8fd1\u89c2\u770b\u6216\u7ecf\u5e38\u5149\u987e\uff0c\u6216\u63a5\u8fd1\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\u7684\u793e\u4ea4\u6216\u4f11\u95f2\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002<\/p><p>(b) \u4e3a\u786e\u5b9a\u5f53\u4e8b\u4eba\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u662f\u5426\u6784\u6210\u7f20\u6270\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u6cd5\u9662\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u8003\u8651\u8be5\u4eba\u884c\u4e3a\u4e2d\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u66b4\u529b\u6a21\u5f0f\uff08\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u6784\u6210\u5bb6\u5ead\u66b4\u529b\u7f6a\u884c\u7684\u66b4\u529b\uff09\u3002\u6839\u636e\u60c5\u8282\u8f7b\u91cd\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u635f\u574f\u8d22\u7269\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5211\u7f5a\u5224\u51b3\uff0c\u6700\u9ad8\u53ef\u4ee5\u52302\u5e74\u7684\u76d1\u7981\u3002<\/p><p>\u7136\u800c\u8fd8\u662f\u8981\u6e05\u695a\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5c5e\u4e8e\u6700\u91cd\u7684\u5211\u7f5a\uff0c\u4f60\u8981\u8ba4\u7f6a\u7684\u8bdd\u63d0\u524d\u4e00\u5b9a\u8981\u54a8\u8be2\u4e13\u4e1a\u7684\u5211\u8fa9\u5f8b\u5e08\u7ed9\u5230\u4f60\u6700\u597d\u7684\u5efa\u8bae\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u4e89\u53d6\u8ba9\u521d\u7ea7\u5730\u65b9\u6cd5\u9662\u6765\u5ba1\u7406\u4f60\u7684\u5b98\u53f8\uff0c\u8fd9\u6837\u80fd\u6700\u5927\u7a0b\u5ea6\u7684\u83b7\u5f97\u8f83\u4f4e\u7684\u5224\u7f5a\u3002<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
